The Last Ninja, Yoshitaka Igasaki, gives the Ninningers an unusual summer assignment: rescue the lord of a hidden ninja village whose castle is under attack. The six heroes complete the rescue, only to discover that Lord Tatsunosuke Hakkaku has been cursed into the shape of a dinosaur.

Their second task is harder: restore love and peace to the village. As they confront the Kibaoni army and its formidable commander Shigezo Yumihari, the lord's transformation becomes entangled with the legend of an evil dragon and a power that could overwhelm them all. The adventure takes the young ninjas to locations in Iga, Mie, and Koka, Shiga, with Toshifumi Fujimoto joining the regular cast.

Directed by Shojiro Nakazawa, the 26-minute film is presented on one Blu-ray with Japanese Linear PCM 5.1 sound and Japanese subtitles. Extras include the teaser, theatrical trailer, television spots and creditless ending.
