Kamen Rider history's first wizard uses rings to change styles and magic to fight the Phantoms. I promise: I am your last hope! Originally broadcast on the TV Asahi network from September 2012 to September 2013, the series follows Haruto Soma, a young man who survives a mysterious ritual on the day of a solar eclipse. With the transformation tools he acquires there, a belt and rings set with magical gemstones, he becomes Kamen Rider Wizard. He embraces his destiny to protect people from the Phantoms, monsters that attack them, provoke anxiety and fear, and drive them into despair.

Disc one contains episodes one through five, the pilot making-of, a digest of the June 27, 2012 production announcement, and cast roundtables, trailer and promotional compilations, junction clips and the Wizard Dictionary. Disc two contains episodes six through nine, the first Kamen Rider Wizard image video and cast roundtables, trailer and promotional compilations, junction clips and the Wizard Dictionary. The bonus Blu-ray contains the program originally titled Televi-kun Super Battle DVD Kamen Rider Wizard: Showtime with the Dance Ring!! and the tenth anniversary reunion Special SHOW TIME!, in a special edit with conversations and a quiz segment that could not fit into the Toei Tokusatsu YouTube Official broadcast. The original first pressing included an all-volume storage box and a booklet; these physical extras depend on first-press copy availability.

The cast features Shunya Shiraishi, Makoto Okunaka, Junki Totsuka, Yuko Takayama and Hisahiro Ogura.
