Wizard and Fourze share the screen in a dream collaboration! This is the director's cut of the fourth Movie War film, in which the two Riders join forces. Director Koichi Sakamoto's version adds approximately 23 minutes of action and drama that could not be fully shown in the theatrical release. An audio commentary by the director is included.

The prologue expands the Akumaizers' battle scenes and dialogue. In the Fourze section, additional classroom dialogue between Gentaro, Miyoko and Saburo accompanies the live television broadcast from the space station. Action scenes involving Gentaro, Ohsugi, Haruka and the Monster League are expanded, as is Fourze's battle against Sanagiman. There is more of the scene where graduated Kamen Rider Club members gather in the clubroom; the factory scene in which Fourze, Miyoko and Kengo persuade Saburo to hand over the Zeber; and Kengo throwing the TsunaGet into the space-time opening.

The Wizard section expands the opening battles featuring Wizard's various styles and his battle against the Akumaizers inside the Monster Plant. A scene in which Shunpei and Rinko meet in Yu's Underworld is added, and the scenes where the Akumaizers create and control that Underworld are expanded. The Movie War Ultimatum finale adds more to the battle between the armored vehicle and the eight Kamen Riders.

The disc contains the main film and Koichi Sakamoto's audio commentary.
