Lupin III Sweet Lost Night Blu-ray turns a seemingly magical theft into a mystery of missing memories. At Fujiko's request, Lupin steals a lamp said to grant any wish while evading Inspector Zenigata. When he rubs it on a beach, a holographic woman appears and calls herself a fairy. His next conscious moment finds him stranded in an unfamiliar town, unable to remember the preceding half day.
The struggle for the memory-related device known as LAMP brings conflicting ambitions together around Lupin and his companions. Tetsuro Amino directs this television special, written by Toshimichi Okawa and accompanied by Yuji Ohno's music. Kanichi Kurita leads the familiar cast as Lupin, with guest performances from Masato Hagiwara as Adam, Misato Tanaka as Drew, Banjo Ginga as Garlic and Satoshi Sasaki as Eichmann.
This 91-minute, region-free Blu-ray presents the special on one disc with Japanese Linear PCM 2.0 stereo audio, no subtitles and 4:3 1080i video.
